TERMS & CONDiTiONS
 

Our customers are our business, so we have endeavoured to make our 

Terms & Conditions as simple and straightforward as possible. 

 

Subject to these terms & conditions, All-in Logos will provide services

to the customers either as offered through their internet website,

 www.all-inlogos.co.uk or not described in the website, but agreed verbally 

and confirmed by a subsequent order between All-in Logos and the customer.  

 

By completing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions please do not proceed with your online order.

 



1. ALL-IN LOGOS
1.1: All-in Logos operate and make available their website and the services advertised for bona-fide customers.

1.2: Customers making an order agree to provide All-in Logos with accurate and complete personal details and other information about themselves and agree to notify All-in Logos immediately of any changes which are relevant to the order made at the following e-mail address:

1.3: All-in Logos has taken care to ensure that the descriptions, and sizes were correct at the time of publication on this website. All sizes are approximate. Slight variations on colours may occur on some products. All-in Logos make every effort to ensure that all the information on this website is correct, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors made. All-in Logos may make changes to the material on this website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice.

1.4: All-in logos reserves the right to refuse or reject any order from a customer without reason. 

1.5: All-in Logos reserves the right to display on their website any design, logo or writing created or designed by All-in Logos or approved or ordered by a customer without the customers permission, unless specifically instructed by the customer not to display such design, logo or writing for personal or confidentiality reasons.

 



2. ORDERING
2.1: All orders of All-in Logos are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will contact you in the event that any 

product(s) you have ordered are unavailable. You will have the option either to wait until the product(s) in question are available from stock or to cancel your order.

2.2: In the event that we are unable to supply the product(s) you have ordered and you have therefore decided to cancel the order we will reimburse your payment in full.

2.3: Where available you will be able to select your requirements using a drop-down list and by entering additional information to assist us to process the order. Once complete you can click on the BUY NOW or ADD TO CART buttons which will take you to a securely enctypted 128bit SSL Pay-Pal site to allow you to continue to purchase. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards using the secure pay-pal site

2.4: All-in Logos do NOT store customers financial information and have NO access to personal details on credit cards or Pay-Pal accounts, this is only held on the secure pay-pal site. 

2.5: If you wish to have your product personalised, please complete the relevant sections or complete the  Contact Us  form, providing details of your request or design, logo, name or quote you wish embroidered. A jpg or gif attachment will be required if you are supplying your own design or signature for embroidery.

2.6: You agree and acknowledge to check your order before submitting it and in particular to check that the details of any customisation of  products, including the spelling of any personal customisation requested by you, is correct.

2.7: Once you have completed the order form, the final screen confirms your order. As soon we receive your order we will send you an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed.

2.8: Once the order has been processed and confirmed availability of the selected product(s) and verified your details, we will send you an approval document showing the size, colour and stitch count of the design, logo or writings for your approval.

2.9: A 10% non-refundable deposit will be required for items pre-ordered at outdoor events or wedding fayres. Following approval of the design or writing by the customer, full payment will be required to proceed with the order. In the unfortunate position that the proposed event or wedding is cancelled, for whatever reason, refunds will be at the sole discretion of All-in Logos, taking into account the statuts and time scale of the order.

2.10: All-in Logos will NOT start embroidery or request payment until the customer has approved the design, logo or writings.

2.11: Orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of sixteen (16) years.

 



3. PRICES

3.1: All-in Logos are NOT registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) in the United Kingdom. All prices shown is the total cost of the order, NOT including postage and packing.

3.2: All-in Logos are unable to supply a VAT Invoice to any customer for any reason. A sales invoice showing the total cost and delivery charge will be included with delivery of the product supplied.

3.3: Postage and packing for delivery is charged at the rate of £1.50 per order up to £15 and £2.50 per order over £15 not individual product, unless on Special Offer as shown on the website. 

3.4: All-in Logos will only deliver to addresses in Great Britain & Ireland, but on request will provide a p&p rate for worldwide delivery.

 



4. DELIVERY
4.1: The cost of delivery of All-in Logos products is additional to the price of the product.

4.2: Incorrect delivery details may lead to delays in the delivery of product so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode, of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

4.3: All-in Logos will deliver the items ordered to any address in Great Britain & Ireland within 10 days of the customer either placing a confirmed & approved order on the website or following approval of an embroidery design by the customer.  

 



5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
5.1: Orders for All-in Logos products may be amended or cancelled at any time prior to your approval and confirmation of the design, logo or writing, but MUST BE prior to the embroidery stage. 

5.2: You acknowledge and agree that orders for All-in Logos products that you have asked us to personalise or customise cannot be amended or cancelled after the order has been approved by you and accepted by All-in Logos

5.3: Custom embroidered products, approved by you cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or damaged.

5.4: Any product you return to us must be in new & unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags attached.

5.5: We will credit the original purchaser's credit card excluding delivery costs within 10 days from the date of cancellation.

 



6. ALL-IN LOGOS CUSTOMER SERVICE
6.1: In the event that you are not satisfied with the All-in Logos service any complaints should be addressed to:

7. DISCLAIMER
7.1: Whilst All-in Logos agree to use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website and the All-in Logos service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and accept no responsibility for any defects or interruption of the website or All-in Logos service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the website or the All-in Logos service impossible or impractical.

7.2: We exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, and save in respect of death or personal injury arising from our negligence, all liability of any claims, losses, demands and damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with the All-in Logos products or your use or inability to access the website and/or the All-in Logos service. This exclusion shall apply in respect of, without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, whether arising in contract, under statute or otherwise or due to representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) PROVIDED THAT nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect the statutory rights of the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the All-in Logos products supplied.

 



8. GENERAL
8.1: We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the website from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the website and it is your responsibility, as a customer, to review any changes on accessing the website. Changes will be effective eight (8) hours after the posting of any such change.

8.2: All-in Logos reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website for any reason and at any time.

8.3: These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, disclaimers and other terms contained in the website, provided that in the event of a conflict between any other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or enforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.4: No waiver by All-in Logos shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.

8.5: If any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

 


 

9. PRIVACY

9.1 All-in Logos are committed to protecting your privacy. All-in Logos will comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1998 (as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time) and use the information about you lawfully and for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under Terms and Conditions.

9.2 All-in Logos only collects customers information to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

9.3 All-in Logos will only e-mail you in the future if it is related directly with your order or purchase. You can refuse to accept any marketing e-mail from us in the future. 

9.4 All-in Logos will not gather sensitive information about you without your permission. The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date. If you wish to check the information we hold about you, please contact us by e-mail at

logo@all-inlogos.co.uk  Should you find any inaccuracies we will amend these immediately.

 


 

10. LEGAL

10.1: The Laws of Scotland shall govern these terms and conditions and all claims concerning the terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Scotland. The parties hereby consent to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any personal jurisdiction or venue defences concerning said forum. The Customer is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions, when commencing use of any of  All-in Logos services.
